TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational conditions, the chalet reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary or tours without compensation.

  2. The management accents no liabilities for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other service providers and cannot be held liable for loss of baggage or personal belongings, illness, injuries or loss of life resulting from activities beyong our control.

  3. All rate are subject to change without prior notice.

  4. Reservations subject to availability and or confirmation on first come first serve basis.

  5. Boat transfer is subject to change without prior notice depending on the weather conditions.

  6. No refund for cancellation or "No Show"

  7. All reservation must be made to us in writing either by mail, email or fax and confirmed by us prior to guest arrival

  8. Deposit  50% request payment to confirm your booking and your total payment to our account as below and fax us the copy of your deposit bank in slip for our reference and the balance of the payment you can bank in 1 week before the trip or pay went you arrive at our office at Kuala Besut.

 
   9.  VISA & MASTER CARD are accepted at the resort extra 3% charge for services.
   10.  New Cocohut chalet reserved the right to cancel any reservation without notice if payment is not made within 2 weeks after reservation has
          been made.
   11.  New Cocohut chalet reserves the right to collect directly from the  guess any payment that is not prepaid by the agent concerned.
   12.  There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any tours transfer, accomodation, meals or any other services 
          provided not utilized.
   13.  Rates are subject to change without notice and are valid from February - October 2014
